How do I play?
Hold to steer your plane and lay down a contrail; release to glide. Carve through the scoring zones to build your multiplier, and don’t cross your own trail. It’s one-tap — you’ll have it in a few seconds.
I bought “Remove Ads” but still see ads
Open Contrail and tap Restore Purchases in the menu. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so make sure you’re signed in with the same account used at the time of purchase. If it still doesn’t unlock, email us with the date of purchase and we’ll sort it out.
I was charged but didn’t get my purchase
All payments are processed by Apple — we never see your card details. Use Restore Purchases first. For refunds or billing questions, Apple handles those at reportaproblem.apple.com.
My progress or high score reset
Scores are stored on your device. Reinstalling the app or switching devices can clear them. If something looks wrong after an update, let us know your device and iOS version.
What data does Contrail collect?
Contrail is built to be private. Gameplay data stays on your device. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may use identifiers as described in our Privacy Policy. Remove Ads turns advertising off entirely.
